Invitation-only technical pilot

Technical Pilot Terms

These terms describe free, evaluation-only access to the SharpRelay API for a directly invited business participant. The pilot is not a paid service, does not renew automatically, and includes no service-level agreement.

1. Pilot scope

SharpRelay provides Pinnacle-sourced sports odds and market data through the SharpRelay API. SharpRelay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinnacle. Pinnacle is a trademark of its respective owner.

The participant may use the API only for its verified internal business evaluation during the invitation period. Access is personal to the invited organisation, non-transferable, and may be paused or ended at any time for security, capacity, misuse, source availability, or pilot-operation reasons.

2. No payment or renewal

The pilot is free. No payment method is collected, no fee or tax is charged, and access does not convert automatically to a paid plan. Any later paid service requires a separate written offer and separately effective terms.

3. Credentials and permitted use

The participant must keep API and account credentials secret, restrict them to authorised personnel, use server-side secret storage, and notify [email protected] promptly about suspected compromise. Credentials must not be embedded in public client-side software or shared with another organisation.

The participant may use returned data for the agreed internal evaluation. Redistribution, sublicensing, resale, publication of a competing feed, or attempts to discover private source credentials, infrastructure, accounts, or commercial arrangements are not permitted.

4. Technical limitations

Coverage, schemas, quotas, market availability, update frequency, and historical depth may change during the pilot. Data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable. The API is an information service and does not place bets, hold wagering funds, provide bookmaker accounts, or provide financial, legal, or wagering advice.

The participant must design its integration for documented timeouts, rate limits, retries with backoff, duplicate responses, and temporary unavailability. No uptime, latency, completeness, or fitness commitment applies unless stated in a later signed order.

5. Security and responsible use

The participant must not bypass quotas, probe other accounts, conduct denial-of-service or destructive testing, submit secrets or sensitive personal data in query parameters, or use the service unlawfully. Suspected vulnerabilities must be reported privately to [email protected] and must not be exploited beyond what is necessary to describe the issue.

6. Ending the pilot

Either side may end the evaluation at any time by contacting [email protected]. SharpRelay may revoke a key immediately to contain security risk, misuse, source-capacity risk, or unlawful activity. Because the pilot is free, ending access creates no monetary refund.

7. Contact and status

Operational support is available at [email protected] and security reports at [email protected]. “SharpRelay technical pilot” identifies this pilot service; it is not a representation that SharpRelay is an incorporated company. This technical pilot notice is not a substitute for legal advice or for the definitive commercial terms required before paid or public availability.
