Technical Pilot Acceptable Use
Use the SharpRelay API lawfully, within the invited business evaluation, and without weakening the service, its sources, or other customers.
Required conduct
Keep credentials server-side and confidential; follow documented quotas, caching, polling, pagination, timeout, and retry guidance; minimise unnecessary traffic; and report suspected compromise promptly.
Data source
SharpRelay provides Pinnacle-sourced sports odds and market data. SharpRelay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Pinnacle. Pinnacle is a trademark of its respective owner.
Prohibited conduct
Do not evade quotas or suspensions, share access outside the invited organisation, probe other accounts, scrape administrative interfaces, perform destructive or denial-of-service testing, submit malware, or attempt to identify or contact private source accounts, credentials, infrastructure, quota metadata, or commercial arrangements.
Do not redistribute, sublicense, resell, publish a competing data feed, or imply affiliation with Pinnacle or SharpRelay without separate written permission. Do not use the API in violation of gambling, sanctions, export-control, privacy, cybersecurity, intellectual-property, consumer, or other applicable laws.
Enforcement and reporting
Access may be rate-reduced, paused, or revoked to contain risk or misuse. Where safe, the participant will receive an explanation and a remediation path. Report security issues privately to [email protected] and other concerns to [email protected].
